Hi friends, Just wanted you all to be the first to know about a new web comic I'm creating especially for my Youtube viewers. It's going to be a sort of Miki Falls 'back up feature' written and illustrated for the Youtube format, with one panel--sometimes two--viewable at a time. And, in a first, it will be accompanied by (lousy) music created by yours truly by way of the Garageband software on my Mac. With any luck I'll have the first installment up and running within the next week or so. I'll post a link here as soon as I put it on Youtube. Thanks as always to everyone who posts here at this forum. It's a video where you'll see manga panels one after another, paced so that you have enough time to read the word balloons. It's a new story, with (so far) Miki and Yumi as the main characters. I'm thinking of it as a 'life before Hiro came along' story. I'm having a lot fun with it, and with any luck it will help bring Miki to a whole new group of readers. mark I don't fully understand, it'll be a movie where u can read Miki Falls? |

 Wow. That seems like a very creative idea! I can't wait to see how it all turns out. After all, there's nothing wrong with having more stories about great characters like Miki and Yumi.

Wow! That was a whole lot of fun. And if you consider a cool jazz score lousy music, then I'm proud to say that I'm a lousy music aficionado. [glow=red,2,300]SPOILER ALERT![/glow]I have to say that I expected Yumi to offer-up Miki as a tutor at the end. But the "How do you say 'You Suck' in English?" comment was a whole lot better and funnier! I can't wait for more of these wonderful comic strip videos!  |

Waldenbooks carries Miki Falls, and they're owned by Borders now, so you should have no trouble. You may have to special order, though, if the shelf copies already sold.

in fact I kind of liked it.
Yesterday I bought the whole set of Miki falls books,
I'm so excited!
But today book 2(summer) arrived first!
