Hi everybody, i want to talk about clothes. If you remember manga like "ONEPIECE" or "NARUTO" the people, especially the protagonists, always wore the same clothes! Now i want to say you"what do you think about that?" It is more convenient for tha mangaka or somethink else? And you'll do the same for your manga? Answer please and sorry for tha grammar (as always ;D).

Depends on the outfit honestly. If you have a character that wears a school outfit, then it makes sense that they wear it every day. Same goes for any character that works in some type of service (military, police, medical, hot dog stand, etc), as well as people that wear weather type of clothes (hoodies, jackets, coats, etc).
Personally I would only not change the characters outfits every day if they don't fit in the above type of category where it makes sense that they would wear the same outfit day in and day out.
That said, when it's a series like onepiece, they have multiple art teams working on multiple episodes/volumes all at the same time, so it's just easier to use the same outfit from a drawing viewpoint. They shove them out so quickly, it'd be extremely hard to coordinate the changes in clothing.
That said, changing of clothing isn't really a major point in the story being told, so it doesn't matter a ton in that respect. Personally, I don't mind them wearing the same clothes in something like onepiece as it's in an alternate fantasy world. To change the clothes every day makes it feel like it's more in the real world as well, so it can be used as a tool to make it feel less like a fantasy or alternate world.
Similarly, it could make sense in space to have the same outfit every day, as it may be a new self cleaning material, or something of that sort (something that never gets dirty, etc). There are many reason's that characters could wear the same outfit, but the major reason (like in the case of onepiece or naruto) is because of how many people work on it and how quickly it is produced. Saves a lot of time to not have to come up with a new outfit design, and makes it easier to coordinate.

The concept of changing clothing daily without it being a special occasion is a fairly modern one. Go back a hundred years, and most people wore the same outfit every day until it wore out, with maybe a special "Sunday go to Meeting" set of clothing for more formal occasions. Only the rich had large wardrobes. Moderately well-off people might have two or three daily-use outfits, but odds are good they'd all be similar and swapped out mainly to allow for cleaning.

Yeah, I don't really worry too much about the clothes (more about the plot of the story). I won't be giving my character for my manga the same clothes everyday; I mean it's not like he practically lives on a ship or something.

tl;dr
As far as I am concerned with changing clothes on comic or manga characters is this: it is ok as long as it is still VERY clear as to who the character is. So for example if I hade 2 characters who looked similar (hair and face) then changing the clothes can make it confusing to the reader as to who is who unless you make it clear. Another thing is if these two hypothetical characters had significantly different styles of dressing they will be more easily identified by the reader. A simple favorite jacket or hat can do this easily.
