Hm, that ain't gonna be easy. Let's see...
On the superman illustration, it could've done with a little less hatchings, since it looks a little overdone in the color version. And especially with that sky. Then, it looks a little static, artificial. That's kinda hard to explain. In Bakuman it was explained pretty well. They drew a character with every single detail, then inked it. Next, they drew the same character, but schetchier, the inked it as well. In the end, the latter one looked livier. But then again, both are very minor complains, that illustration would belong on a DC comic just fine.
Now, the Beelzebub drawing. You were drawing after the anime, witch shows. In animation, designs are simplified, standardized to better suit the medium. A frame of animation is meant to be there for a few secounds, at most. In comics&manga, they have more hatchings and the lines are smother, with gaps and such.
Onward with the chibi, the hair strains and the wrinkles are a bit of an overkill for the style. So are all the fingers, if I think about it. If it was meant to be a more realistic chibi (third chibi example in MK's Mastering Manga), then you need to give it a better anatomy. And then there are the colors. In general, in an ilustration, warm colors stay next to cold ones, to balance things out. In your drawing, the only cold color is one green eye.
