Ugh.... I want to take good art lessons but I always get stuck taking a class with a bunch of little kids who can't even draw a circle... And it seems like the only way I'll learn is if I take an adult class... But I don't wanna take a class with people way older than me... What should I do?

I know how you feel. Next year I'm starting art school on saturday morning again, cause I'll finally be old enough for the +16 group. I don't know how old you are, but you can test out different schools, to see where you do some serious drawing. Well, I hope you find yourself a good art class. X

Thanks, I guess the only way is to test out different classes right?

Yeah, I suppose that is the only solution. Well only, If there is someone among your friends of family that is talented, you could ask them to teach you a little. But the most important is to keep practicing on your own, I think. I find you very talented so you will progress for sure. Just keep it up!

Maybe you should stop drawing lessons. If you want to draw manga then buy some " How to Draw Manga" books. If you want to draw protrets then just watch how people move, or take photos of different poses of people. ( sorry for the bad spelling if I did spell something wrong)

I have nearly every how to draw manga book known to man, and I've gotten as good as I can relying solely on how to draw's. I want to make the jump to an actual class.

So did your grandma teach you something yet? I'm really jealous. Everyone in my family is like artistically retarded:-)

Yeah, If you live in such a big country their probably is no need for leaving it right? I'm from Belgium, North of France, South of the Netherlands, West of Germany. about 30,528 kmĀ²(really small eh), 10 million people, capital is Brussels. My country is divided in to area's Flanders(I live here, so I speak Flemish(similar to Dutch)) and Wallonia(French-speaking), there also a small area in the east that speaks German. and we are a parliamentary monarch. We are best known for our chocolate, beer, renaissance and baroque artists(like Rubens) and our sprouts(ew hate those) So heehee, you probably don't know Belgium right:-)
