I just want to say i finally was able to pic up a copy of spring from my libary as they lost there last copy oh well.
i wasn't really interested in reading it as it was already reseved and they let me just have a look it so i was mostly interested in the art it self.
and i noticed that it wasn't done that detailed as i most mangas are, but i think it works so many lines on most mangas it ruins the natural art most of the time.
i love the style of the art and its very much like mine.
oh btw
my names robert and im from england.
im a magarac anime artist(focusing on blood and killing and really gorey stuff and a lot of sad storys)
my current project is called spirituals. even know none of these projects get published i still do them as its fun and i like doing it.
another thing i noticed about the art is how it flows a lot easier and how each sence is very slowly done as with most manga the story is sped up a bit so some sences are cut out. but i like the bulid up effect,
sorry for my bad grammer i have disleaxia but i do try and make it write.
i find a lot of your art is all one colour which is cool i also love the sepia toning you do on most of your watercolour works. you and me share alot of same art styles and likes.
one thing i do wonder about your art though is it smipler then most so it could of been done in a much better frame time or was that planed from the start. i also like how you do details for the background rather then the forground it just adds more deepth and get you really knowing the location and everything.
any advice you could give to a manga artist would be nice
the one thing i find hard to draw is wet clothing but oh well. my lastest project is abit of a chnagelle for me as it contains alot of water sences and things being wet and reflections in water. any tips for that would be great.
i cant wait to attachy be able to read the books
